1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, and household financial planning data you enter into the service. We do not connect to bank accounts or collect payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process subscriptions through Stripe; send transactional emails through Brevo; and respond to your requests and inquiries.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy) and Brevo for email delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from the Settings page. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use an HTTP-only, Secure cookie for authentication session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
