By creating an account and using Before Payday Method, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Before Payday Method provides personal financial planning tools to help you organize income, bills, and planned expenses. The service is for personal, non-commercial use. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the full service requires an active paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Refund policies are subject to applicable law.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share access with others outside your household or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results from the planning tools will meet your financial goals.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Before Payday Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
